The right of withdrawal allows you by law to return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

We’ll take care of transportation costs since returing items on our shop is always free.

In this regard, once we receive the return communication, we will send our courier to the address you provided within 14 days, to collect the package.

Here is the return procedure:

1) Contact us here: info@cavallini.shop explaining the reason for withdrawal and providing us the address to collect the package.

2) Within 14 days of your communication , we will send our courier to collect the package.

The package and the items must be intact and in perfect condition.

3) Once the items have been received, we’ll take time to inspect them and will return the amount corresponding to the order (goods value + shipment of the original order) within 14 days of receiving the package.

The refund will be made on the payment method provided during the order.

NOTES:

– The product must be in perfect condition (not used) together with all labels, packaging and, if present, the original documentation and accessories supplied.

– If you do not follow these instructions or if the product is damaged, be aware that we reserve the right to refuse the return.

– Be informed that the time required for the refund of the amount paid depends on the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
